How to use jumper cables

3. Clamp the other end of the red jumper cable (also marked with a "+" )to the rescue car's positive battery terminal.
4. Clamp the black jumper cable (which is marked with a "-" ) to the dead car's positive battery terminal.
5. Clamp the other black of the red jumper cable (also marked with a "-" )to the rescue car's positive battery terminal.
6. Start the rescue car's engine and then start the dead car's engine.

First remove the black jumper cable from the dead car's engine. Then remove the black jumper cable from the rescue car.

Remove the red jumper cable from the booster car. Then remove the red jumper cable from the dead car's engine.
